The previous Luna & Willow website was outdated, difficult to navigate, and not aligned with the brand’s evolving identity. Products were not fully organized, leading to a confusing shopping experience that caused potential customers to abandon the store without completing purchases. To fix this, Luna & Willow turned to us for a complete redesign and rebuild of their Shopify store, with the goal of accelerating growth and creating a polished, user-friendly online presence.

The Challenge
Luna & Willow needed a digital storefront that reflected the premium quality of their products while appealing directly to modern dog parents. The challenge was twofold: organizing their wide range of products into logical collections and creating an engaging user experience that made it simple for shoppers to find exactly what they were looking for. At the same time, the store needed to maintain a refined, high-quality design aesthetic to reinforce brand trust and desirability.
The Solution
We built Luna & Willow a brand-new Shopify store using Shopify’s Sections Everywhere to support faster feature development and future scalability. Our custom framework ensured fast page load speeds (averaging just 2 seconds), enhancing performance while prioritizing mobile optimization, which is crucial given that approximately 80% of their traffic comes from mobile devices.
The site was restructured with a clear navigation system and well-defined product collections, making it easy for shoppers to explore categories like bowties, harnesses, leashes, and coordinated sets. The design focused on storytelling through visuals, with clean layouts and aspirational photography that resonated with the lifestyle of pet parents.
